Steamed Aubergines




This is a simple vegetable dish as a chinese salat, that's quick and easy to make and tastes fantastic. Steamed aubergine is tossed in a spicy and aromatic garlic sauce. 

  • What I added in the Sauce:)
  • soy sauce/ vingar / sugar / finely chopped / oliver oil / garlic / salt to taste / sesame oil  / parsley
