Beer Chicken Wings
Beer Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
chicken wings
diced bacon
salt
soy sauce
cooking wine
ginger
shallot
1 bottle beer (dark beer at best)
How to do:
1. Put the right amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, shallot, ginger into chicken wings and marinate them for 30 minutes;
2. The marinated chicken wings and diced bacon directly into the very hot wok, pour beer. Beer should cover all the needed ingredients;
3. When the beer sauce start to boil, turn the heat to medium level for about 15 minutes.
4. Finally turn the heat to large level for short time to make the sauce thick.
To combine this meat dish with vegetables because of taste and color, it is recommended to try some chinese vegetables such as chinese cabbage (青菜). This time I tried another kind from Asian supermarket.
And: rice, tofu-bean sprouts-tomato-soup, pizza bread, beer to drink^^

Although the edges are kind of burned,
